On 17th November, Gavin gave his followers a glimpse into how he and Cheyanne celebrated their first year of marriage through a series of Instagram Stories. His posts claimed that they had planned a small gathering of friends to watch their wedding movie, complete with heart-shaped cakes and candlelight.

 A photo booth filled with black-and-white wedding pictures allowed guests to relive happy moments from the day they said "I do," while a popcorn cart offered a lighthearted, cinematic atmosphere.

Over one clip, Gavin simply captioned, "One year of loving you," showing him and Cheyanne slow-dancing together, while another post from a friend read, "All back together BECAUSE it's been one year of the Casalegno's." On 16th November, the day before, Gavin shared a heartfelt video on his Instagram account. Set to Sleeping At Last's 'Turning Page,' the montage included behind-the-scenes moments of him preparing for their wedding—putting on his suit, dabbing on cologne, and reading his vows.

He wrote in the caption, "From the day I said 'I do' to the girl of my dreams," revealing just how much that day still means to him.

Cheyanne, a committed Christian and registered nurse, later clarified that they made the deliberate decision to keep everything confidential. In an Instagram video, she claimed that they were able to "eliminate any outside opinions" and enjoy their relationship free from outside pressure because of the secret.

To celebrate 25 years since its release, Darude’s iconic track Sandstorm was played simultaneously across numerous radio stations in Finland earlier this month. The synchronized broadcast took place on May 8 at 9:15 a.m., with shopping centres, schools, and other public spaces across the country joining in the tribute.

Originally released in Finland in late 1999, the progressive trance anthem gained international fame following its global re-release in the summer of 2000. It became a chart-topping hit in several countries, peaked at Number Three in the UK Singles Chart, and earned platinum certification in the United States for surpassing one million sales. It also holds the distinction of being the best-selling 12-inch single worldwide in the year 2000.

In Finland, Sandstorm remained on the charts for 42 weeks, cementing its place in the country’s musical legacy. Darude noted on Instagram that the track could be heard everywhere during the nationwide tribute—from malls to schools—and expressed gratitude to everyone who participated.

The celebration also coincided with the announcement of a headline show in Helsinki, scheduled for September 6, as part of Darude’s ongoing STORM25 European tour. Sandstorm later featured on his debut album Before The Storm, released in 2000, alongside other hits like Feel The Beat and Out Of Control (Back For More). Darude has since released four additional studio albums, with his most recent being Together, which came out in 2023.

Amid the downpour of new releases this weekend, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz added to the fun by celebrating their tenth anniversary as a couple. They took to social media to shower each other with syrupy sweet, lovey-dovey messages and we were left absolutely thrilled.
